Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including integration with third-party applications.
  • Conducting business process reviews to identify areas of improvement.
  • Developing specifications and related documents to outline the proposed Salesforce implementation.
  • Acting as the liaison between the technical team, management, and non-technical users during the Salesforce implementation.
