Position: Data/Business Analyst Executive

Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 6,500

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a BPO environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reports and dashboards based on historical and forecasted data.
• Extract data from primary and secondary sources using automated tools.
• Clean and correct data, addressing errors and inconsistencies.
• Maintain and reorganize databases and systems to ensure readability and efficiency.
• Analyze and assess data quality and interpret its meaning.
• Review reports and performance indicators to identify and resolve code issues.
• Use statistical tools to analyze complex data sets and extract trends and patterns.
• Assign numerical values to critical business functions for performance assessment over time.
• Analyze local and global trends affecting the organization and industry.
• Prepare trend and forecast reports for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify improvement areas and recommend system modifications.
• Support data governance strategies and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver final analysis reports to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, data science, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Business English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with experience working on unstructured data sets.
• Familiarity with contact center operations and KPIs.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Experience building and managing forecasting models.
• Strong time management and deadline-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, VBA/Macros) and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data structures, metadata, dependencies, and data transformation processes.
