We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in network engineering, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity, with professional fluency in English and Mandarin . Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies is desirable but not mandatory.
Design, implement, and manage enterprise network solutions, with a focus on SD-WAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities; implement best practices for network security and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-regional teams and vendors, often in Mandarin and English
Conduct regular assessments of network performance, capacity planning, and security posture.
Support infrastructure deployment in cloud/hybrid environments (optional but advantageous).
Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and security procedures.
4+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and security operations.
Strong knowledge of:
SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Silver Peak)
Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
Network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS)
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Ability to interface with global teams and local stakeholders in Japanese.
Understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
