◦ Accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
◦ Setting sales targets and deadline that in line with company business
◦ Plan, appraises job results and prepare work schedules for sales agents locally and/or across region
◦ Passionate, innovative and the ability to lead in driving culture change / new way of doing things
◦ Being energetic and creative person with positive mindset in planning and driving sales performance
◦ Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees i.e sales agents/telesales
◦ Monitoring and track sales agents performance and productivity and overall performance Weekly/Monthly
◦ Collaborate with HR and Sales Manager on recruitment and staff training – both new and existing, conduct training on need basis
