PART 2: JOB PURPOSE |
It is a form of 2 or 3 sentences that sums up what the job is basically about and should justify the existence of the job. It should clarify three things: a) What the job should do?; b) To whom or what it should be done? and; c) How it supports the business? |
· Manage the delivery, operation and support of the Enterprise General Ledger (EGL) Application – specifically Accounts Receivable and/or Account Payable modules. · Willing to learn, understand and adapt to the business operations and provide value added support to the Finance Department users as well as overseas units. · Able to lead Finance system project(s) independently. · Responsible for monitoring and ensuring all processes within the Accounts Receivable and/or Account Payable modules are processed without delays, assisting to resolve issues and following up to resolution. · Assist the team in supporting other modules within EGL, such as Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and the Financial Accounting Hub, inclusive of the batch monitoring, when needed. · Scope of work includes working closely with business users on requests, development, deliverables, screen personalization, testing, and support user during SIT and UAT in order to ensure their timely receipt of reports for Finance users (both local and regional). |
