To provide support for Patch management for Windows Operating Systems, servers and workstations.

· Schedule monthly patch for non-prod and production servers (physical or vm) · Schedule monthly patch for workstations · Liaise with application team on the plan date · Follow up with application team on SIT/UAT sign off · Raise RFC for servers patching · Raise RFC for workstations patching · Deploy patch to server and workstation via MECM or manual · Update patch tracking report · Follow up and escalation

4) Qualifications & Competencies |
Qualification a. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology b. Good communication and interpersonal skills. c. Fresh grad encouraged to apply
Competencies
· Knowledge in Windows Server Operating System (OS clean up , Windows Updates and Patches) · Basic knowledge in Unix Operating System (Linux/Solaris/AIX) will be an advantage · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (GPO settings, DNS,) · Knowledge in Servers Virtualization Concepts (Virtual Machines) · Knowledge with Windows patching tools (WSUS or MECM) |
