Description

Role and responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the regional support team for Application Treasury System and not limited on the

Job scope below

Attend and facilitate on the audit examination in relation to IT System , follow-up on the resolving any audit finding and resolution. 

Provide Technical Level-1 / Level-2  Support works as below

Level-1

~ Facilitate customer requests and data

~ Attending User call , Incident helpdesk ticket , email and provide response

~ Conduct basic troubleshooting

  • Level-2

~  Perform in-depth troubleshooting , back end analysis, provide incident resolution (without   code changed is not required).

~ Provide interim and permanent fixing with Root Cause Analysis and Help desk ticket closure.

  • Working with Technology and Infra Team , IT Security Team for Server OS Patching , security software deployment and scanning , Coordinate with Business User to conduct Application Testing after these activities have conducted by the above team.
  • Support any technology and infrastructure initiative and production incident not related to Application System issue
  • Coordinate on Bank-Wide Disaster Recovery Testing.
  • Participate in collation of technical information as requested by relevant parties.
  • Manage and deliver application system improvement ie system performance and resiliency and maintainability.                                                           
  • Upkeep technical documentation
  • Liaison and work Treasury IT Development Team and Business Stakeholders during project implementation  and any system enhancement initiative,  and transitional the documentation , learning , training and handover and take over for system support activities.
  • Other administrative areas

~ To work on the Application System annual maintenance contract renewal ie approval and execution of payment to Application Vendors’

Knowledge & Experience

  • Management Skill
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Regional Application System support.
  • Familiar in ITIL service management.
  • Knowledge of Treasury product and processes including money market, forex, fixed income, derivative , structured products and pricing calculation for derivative and structured products.
  • Technical skill in support Linux OS , Unix scripting and other Operating System.
  • Understanding of all phases of an application development life cycle; i.e. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or AGILE methodology, project management, framework and documentation.
