Create a strategy to hire for and run a Marketing team

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in SEO and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in implementing SEO and digital marketing for companies building Shopify apps.
Demonstrated expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors, including keyword research, on-page, off-page SEO and website design principles.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their role in digital marketing.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
