Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and driven Integrating Manager to lead all software development activities supporting Keysight’s global service centers. This role is central to the development, maintenance, and innovation of calibration platforms, product-specific calibration procedures, and software tools that enable efficient and high-quality service operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing first-level managers and leading diverse engineering teams. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to align technical execution with business priorities and drive company-wide goals.
Responsibilities
- Leadership
- Set strategic direction for software and system development to support global service operations.
- Align initiatives with business goals through close collaboration with R&D, Service Operations, Order Fulfillment, IT and other relevant cross-functional teams.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development
- People Management
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and first-level managers.
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear goals, coaching, and career growth.
- Build organizational capabilities to support business scalability.
- Project & Technical Management
- Oversee software lifecycle for calibration systems, including hardware integration and version management.
- Ensure timely delivery of NPI calibration procedures and system upgrades.
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., TAT, yield, system uptime) to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in software development or calibration engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a first level and second level manager
- Proven experience managing first-level managers and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of calibration processes, software development lifecycle, and service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver outcomes that support broader organizational goals.
- Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, AI/ML applications, and automation technologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of ISO17025 knowledge will be desired.
